A man who is claimed to have broken into the parliamentary compound keep going week was on Monday has been charged under the watchful eye of a Nairobi court.
Stephen Mokogi Nyarenchi was accused of unlawful passage into the parliamentary regions in spite of segment 31(1) (a).He was denounced that on June 28 at about 0510 hours in Starehe Sub-District inside Nairobi, he entered the parliamentary compound by moving over the wall along Parliament Street without legal power.
Mokogi showed up before Milimani Head Justice Ben Imprint Ekhubi and denied the charges.He argued for indulgent bond terms from the court and was delivered on a money bail of Sh2,000.The arraignment has recorded three observers to affirm for the situation.
